SECURITY DEPOSIT: [$500 - '22 Jayco | $750 Transcend 321BH, Transcend 297QB] is required and refundable, collected at the time of reservation. This is refunded after you bring the RV back on time, in the same condition it went out. Things that might reduce the amount refunded include: Damage to the RV that occurred while in your care | cigarette smoke, pet or other odors that require removal | late return of RV without extension of the rental period | someone other than the renter towing | there are NO refunds for early returns. You are responsible for all damage to the RV. Damage caused by the renter or third party is to be reported to Ladshaw Rentals immediately and repaired at renter's expense. Repairs must NOT be performed by renter unless authorized by Ladshaw Rentals.

CLEANING FEE: $100 - '22 Jayco | $125 Transcend 321BH & 297QB. Just like it sounds, camper is cleaned and prepped for your adventure. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: We get it, life happens, and sometimes you have to cancel. We're just as bummed as you are. Renters are entitled to a FULL refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, Minus a $35 booking fee. 50% refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to rental date. Less than 14 days prior the booking is non-refundable.  A 48 hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental date.
